Rubie gone to doggie heaven.

This is the day we will remember Rubie forever and all the beautiful memories she gave us. It's such a late post I know. I just couldn't write about her for awhile. We all miss her.

Saying their goodbyes. Tinker and Tiffany didn't know they were saying goodbye. But I made them go to Rubie.

Tinker excited to be in the car but of cos the dogs didn't tag along to the vet.


Even then she still wanted to hold her own leash. She liked holding onto leashes esp Tiffany's. During our younger days, I would hold Rubie's leash and Rubie would hold onto Tiffany's leash while we went for walks. It was cute.

She had to be put to sleep. We had kept her as long as we could but she was getting sicker and had so much problems with her skin. She was suffering so badly at home that we couldn't see her this way anymore. She's off to a better place. We miss her.

Tiffany misses her a lot. She used to sleep with Rubie every night. But she realised that Rubie's not around anymore and sometimes she just goes to the spot where Rubie used to be. She misses her best friend.

Tinker sleeps in this position quite often. I don't know how comfortable this is but her head is twisted.

I was busy watching tv and the next thing I saw was Tinkerbell holding her rabbit.

On a side note, Tiffany has shown signs of going blind. Does anyone know of any vets that can help her eyesight? In the past few days, she's been walking into walls and chair legs. Poor Tiffany.

How we spend our afternoons


Rubie is usually fast asleep...snoring away.


Tiffany will usually hang out with me and to make sure she spends as much time with me whenever I'm over at my parents'. She misses me too much.


Tinkerbell will change her position into a guard dog and sits outside. Never sound asleep.


Sometimes right in front of the gate.


"Hey, what are you looking at?"


"Don't take my picture!"

Murderer

Two days ago, Rubie and Tinkerbell were suddenly running around the sofa. We thought that they were catching flies. Being the hunter dogs that they are, they continued to run around. Soon, Tinkerbell ran out to the garden with something brown in her mouth!

I looked out of the window and a bird was on the grass! It looked like it was already dead. Tinkerbell picked it up again and I screamed at her and she dropped it back onto the grass. Then picked it up again and I screamed again. Later our domestic helper came and picked up the bird and it was dead already.

Meanwhile, Rubie was still sniffing around looking for the bird in the house!!! Blur. And Tiffany was just standing around wondering what all the commotion was all about... blurrer!

We have no idea if the bird was alive in the 1st place and how did it get into the house?! Did Tinkerbell bring it in?

I hate to think that Tinkerbell's the murderer. Sorry no pics as everything just happened too fast. She got a scolding anyway.

I'm Three!

Tinkerbell's 3 this month.


"I can't wait to eat it!" She was surprised to see the cake when I called her to come to the table and immediately checked out the cake.


"I can't reach it..."


"How long do I have to wait?"


"What's happening? I'm too short to see anything."


Up the sofa they went for picture taking! That's Tinkerbell's present.


The forever greedy Rubie had to check it out.


Tinkerbell: "I can't look! Will she eat my cake?"


Tinkerbell:"Phew she hasn't got to my cake."


One more sniff...before we get to eat it.


Tinkerbell eating her share of the cake.


Rubie polished hers in one gulp.


Tiffany looking disappointed 'cos Rubie ate 3/4 of her cake. Rubie was too fast and snatched it off her plate.


"I'm satisfied."
